Delayed flights With delays exceeding 2 hours we offer compensation for extra costs, such as food costs during your waiting time. For other costs, we recommend you contact your travel insurance company for possible compensation. Cancelled flights When we cancel a flight, we offer re-booking to your final destination as described in your reservation and compensation for extra costs during your wait time. This could include costs for food and hotel, if applicable. For all other costs, we recommend you contact your travel insurance company for possible compensation. If you chose not to travel, you have the right for full refund of the unused ticket.
